Reset Snack Options & Green Juices
The heart of the 14 Day Mind & Body Reset is reconnecting with your body's natural intuition. All snacks are completely optional—pause to check in with yourself first, sip pure water or your Detox Tea, and if your body genuinely feels hungry, nourish it with any of the clean, whole-food options below.
Blood-Sugar Balance Tip: Whenever you enjoy fresh fruit, pair it with a healthy fat or plant protein—like a spoonful of clean nut butter, raw walnuts, or pumpkin seeds—to moderate your blood-sugar response and stay satisfied for longer.
Simple, enzyme-rich & gentle on digestion
Crisp Apples & Organic Dates
Apples are the most convenient Reset snack and a must-have staple on your weekly shopping list. Enjoy crisp apple slices paired with 1–2 fresh or dried organic dates, or dipped in additive-free nut butter.
Fresh Green Juice of Choice
Enjoy pure cold-pressed celery juice or a refreshing green blend of celery, cucumber, fresh lemon, and mint (add spinach or ginger if you love extra zing). Packed with living hydration and minerals.
Nut Butter Celery "Boats"
Fill crisp raw celery stalks with clean almond, macadamia, or peanut butter and finish with a light drizzle of raw honey or hemp seeds. Crunchy, mineral-rich, and tastes even better than it sounds!
Raw Veggie Crudités & Dip
Slice up colourful raw vegetables—carrots, cucumber, mange tout, mixed bell peppers, or baby tomatoes—and dip into clean additive-free hummus or fresh homemade guacamole.
Coconut Chunks & Fresh Fruit
All fresh fruit and vegetables can be enjoyed as a snack on the Reset—fresh coconut chunks, berries, pawpaw, pears, or grapes are wonderful light afternoon pick-me-ups.
Raw Nuts & Seeds
Keep a small jar of raw walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, or hemp seeds on hand for a quick handful of nourishing essential fats and plant protein.
The Pre-Dinner Crudité Hack
Chop up a plate of raw crudités—carrots, mange tout, cucumber, and mixed peppers—to snack on while you prepare dinner. This way you load up on all the digestive enzymes from raw living food while keeping evening hunger calmly at bay as you cook. Add a spoonful of hummus or guacamole on the side if you have some!
Crispy Oven-Roasted Chickpeas
Craving a savoury crunch? Bake a batch at the start of the week and store in an airtight glass jar once cooled.
Ingredients
- • 1 tin organic chickpeas, drained, rinsed & patted thoroughly dry
- • ½ tbsp cold-pressed olive oil (plus a tiny splash more if needed)
- • Himalayan or sea salt to taste
- • Spices of choice: ground cumin, smoked paprika, garlic, or chilli flakes
Step-by-Step Method
- 1 Dry-bake first (the secret to crunch!): Spread the dried chickpeas onto a lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes—do not add oil or spices yet.
- 2 Remove the tray from the oven and drizzle ½ tbsp cold-pressed olive oil over the warm chickpeas, stirring until evenly and lightly coated.
- 3 Sprinkle over your spices of choice and Himalayan salt, tossing until every chickpea is coated.
- 4 Return to the oven at 180°C for 10 more minutes, stir once more, and allow to cool slightly so they crisp up beautifully.
🌱 When to Snack on the Reset
Days 1–8 & Day 14: Any of the whole-food snacks above are wonderful whenever hunger calls.
Days 9–11 (Cleanse Window): Stick to your liquid cleanse protocol, water, and herbal tea.
Days 12–13 (Gentle Re-Entry): Focus on fresh green juices, vegetable broths, and whole fruits & vegetables as your digestion wakes up gently.
🚫 Keep Paused for 14 Days
To give your gut, liver, and nervous system a true rest, avoid refined sugar (raw honey is fine), dairy, gluten & grains, processed convenience bars/crisps, seed/vegetable oils, coffee, and alcohol. Check labels on store-bought hummus and nut butters to ensure they are free from added seed oils and preservatives.
